COVID-19 Precautions
The health and well-being of our customers and employees is of utmost importance to us. We are doing our very best to provide you excellent customer service while ensuring everyone's safety. You can remain confident when shopping our products!
Here is what we are doing to keep safe (and sane) during these trying times:
- Employees are not to come into the office if they are showing any COVID-19 symptoms, have traveled outside the country less than 14 days ago, are waiting for test results, or if they were in contact with confirmed or probable COVID-19 persons less than 14 days ago
- Masks are to be worn at all times when social distancing is not possible
- Hand sanitizer is available at every employee station
- All returns are quarantined for at least 2 weeks upon arrival at our facilities. As a result, refunds may be delayed accordingly. Rest assured, we are working as fast as we can to provide you with swift service
- Staying busy, healthy and active
We hope you are all doing well during these unprecedented times and encourage you to follow all precautions outlined by your local health and government departments. We can't wait to get back to #KyiKyi-ing with our girls but in the meantime, there are so many activities to safely partake in until then. Get outside, stay adventurous, stay healthy, stay positive, and stay safe!
