Returns Policy

At Kyi Kyi, we want you to love your accessories! If you need to return an item, please read the following carefully:

Full-price items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.
Sale items (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Anniversary Sale, or any item marked SALE) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges are not available due to high demand. We recommend placing a new order and returning your original item.
Any free promotional items must be returned along with the order.

Submit your return request through our return portal.
Print the prepaid return label provided.
Drop off your package at the post office within 14 days of creating the return label.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the package is returned on time. The label will be automatically voided after this time.

Standard Returns: A $12 USD / $15 CAD handling fee will be deducted from your refund per order.
Refused or Unauthorized Returns: Packages refused or returned outside our official process will incur a 20% restocking fee and may delay your refund.

Returns are processed within 10–14 business days after receipt at our returns department.
Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days after processing.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

Returns must be shipped to the address provided in your return label. Packages sent elsewhere will not be processed.
Final sale and sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments.
