Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping – US & Canada

Enjoy free shipping to the US and Canada. You will never pay duty.

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days.

  • Delivery Times (Standard Shipping): 7–10 business days. For faster delivery, we recommend selecting a paid shipping option.

  • Carriers:

    • Canada: Intelcom, Canada Post, or UPS

    • USA: USPS, UPS, or FedEx Express

Important:

  • If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refused packages will incur a 20% restocking fee, and refunds will only be issued once the item is received at our returns facility.

International Shipping

Free shipping to international countries on orders over $99.

  • Delivery Times: Standard international shipping typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on destination.

  • Import Fees: Import fees assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

We hope you love your Kyi Kyi accessories! If you need to return a full-price item:

  • Eligibility: Full-price items may be returned for a complete refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Return Process: Return packages must be dropped off at the post office within 14 days of creating the return label. Customers are responsible for ensuring timely return.

  • Return Fees: A $12 USD / $15 CAD handling fee will be deducted from each returned order.

  • Refused or Unauthorized Returns: Refused packages or returns sent outside our official return process will incur a 20% restocking fee and may delay your refund.

  • Any free promotional items must be returned along with the order.

Final Sale Items:

  • Items purchased during sales events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Anniversary Sale) or marked as SALE are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Price adjustments will not be made on final sale or previously discounted items.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges due to high demand. We recommend placing a new order and returning the original product via our return portal.

  • You will receive a prepaid return label. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund as mentioned above.

Refunds

  • Returns are processed within 10–14 business days.
