At Kyi Kyi, every piece is hand-finished and made to order, created specifically for you. From hand-sewn poms to carefully selected materials, our accessories are not mass-produced — each item is crafted with intention, artistry, and individuality.

Because your order enters production shortly after it is placed, and because each piece is unique to its owner, we maintain thoughtful but firm policies around order changes, cancellations, and returns. These guidelines allow us to preserve craftsmanship quality, reduce waste, and honor the time and skill of our artisans.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Many of our products are made to order, and production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each item is crafted specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or edited once placed. We kindly ask customers to review all order details carefully before completing checkout.

Important Shipping Notes

  • If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to address issues or refusal, return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

  • Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and refunds will only be issued once the item is received at our returns facility.

Any customs duties, VAT, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

It is very important to us that you have a pleasant shopping experience and feel confident in your Kyi Kyi purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept unused, unworn, and undamaged full-price merchandise for a refund within 7 days of delivery.

Because our products are made to order and individually crafted, we ask that all returns meet strict condition standards.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with tags attached

  • Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received

We cannot accept worn, used, altered, or damaged items. Any item that does not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer without a refund.

Once a piece has been worn or handled beyond inspection, it can no longer be resold as new, which is why we must enforce these standards.

Making a Return

Return Portal: Returns are easy — click here to start your return.

You will receive a prepaid return label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, along with the handling fee outlined below.

Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval. Customers are responsible for ensuring timely shipment.

Return Fees

A $12 USD / $15 CAD handling fee will be deducted from each returned order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale — No Returns or Refunds

Items purchased during sales events, flash sales, seasonal promotions, or using discount codes are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

This includes purchases made with promo codes or limited-time offers.

Exception: Orders placed using our Welcome 10% discount code remain eligible under our standard return policy.

Price adjustments will not be made on previously discounted or promotional purchases.

Exchanges

Due to limited production and high demand, we do not offer direct exchanges.
We recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (if eligible) through our return process.

Custom Hats — No Returns

Each custom or personalized Kyi Kyi hat is made specifically for you. Because of this, custom hats cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please double-check all details, including color, style, and personalization, before placing your order.

Refunds

Returns are processed within 10–14 business days after arriving at our facility.
Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days after processing.

Each Kyi Kyi piece is crafted specifically for its owner — not pulled from a warehouse shelf. By shopping with us, you are supporting artisanship, slow fashion, and intentionally made luxury. We are grateful for your understanding and your trust in our process.
